This piece followed up  a postcard save-the-date that we sent out a few months prior, so it needed to mirror that look and feel. Something about this being a building dedication made sense for a gate-fold format. A little extra razzle dazzle and drama.

Key graphical elements included: a grayscale watercolor portrait of the building, Howard Baker's vector signature, a square dot pattern, and a custom parking map.
