The project is currently operational as a townhouse, with architectural space designed to meet the needs of family living and activities. PTARCH Studio is now focusing on optimizing functionality to align with the operational direction and requirements set by Vietblend.
Combined with modern and simple architectural lines, this design targets dynamic young customers, as the space is intended for general training without age limitations, as long as one is willing to come and learn. Therefore, materials such as iron, stainless steel, and metal in general will represent this modern spatial dimension, while mirror panels will enhance the sense of space to overcome the current constraints of the building. Glass tile panels will act as invisible partitions between dynamic and static space areas, ensuring airflow.
Overall, the main materials used in the interior space will focus on simplicity, ease of installation, while still prioritizing quality architectural and interior details. This aims to optimize costs for the investor and prioritize reusing interior furnishings.
