Blenders Pride Brand Refresh
Targeting a younger, more confident, more aware audience, Blenders Pride, in 2022, decided to replace their decade old brand ambassador, Priyanka Chopra. In the last decade, she had gone from being Miss World to Bollywood actor to Global icon. Associating with her had allowed Blenders Pride to enhance its brand codes of fashion and glamour. What was also a remnant of the past decade were the Blenders Pride Black'n White films and ads.
With the arrival of their new icon, Alia Bhatt, things had to change. We wanted to carry over some elements of the legacy, while introducing a few others that were completely new to the game. With Alia came her story, of how, despite being one of the greatest actors of her generation, she was constantly trolled for being 'ignorant' or 'dumb'. Everything except her work got more attention, but that never deterred her. Her work became better with each passing year. This story of pride in yourself, especially under intense public scrutiny became the theme of the Brand Refresh.
Thus came the story of Alia vs the Spotlight. And with it, came colour into the world of BP.
