Rustomjee is a noted builder in India, known for creating high-rise plush apartments. While launching a new wing in an existing complex, they wanted to generate buzz from existing residents.

This letter was door-dropped to residents in the complex.
The inside of the envelope was lined with carbon paper; it transferred the name written by the recipient onto the cover of the brochure.

The brochure was accompanied by a personalized letter.
