The following images were created as part of a collection of Illustrator-produced imagery for my "Techniques and Processes" brief at Uni. We were asked to create these images to demonstrate our abilities within Illustrator. At the start of this academic year I'd only used illustrator twice before. I created several random images at first but eventually patterns began to form and I split various pieces off into collections, I have an "anatomy collection" (A series of detailed vector studies), an "Odds and Ends" collection (things which never really found a collection of their own) and an "Idioms" collection, this one here. I think the premise behind this collection is REALLY weak and cliché and I'm not even that big on puns, but I think it's a sufficient theme to demonstrate my abilities and learning curve within Illustrator since September.
