No Borders is the first co-production between Brazil and South Africa. Is a tv series in wich a man from the guetho of Soweto (South Africa) goes to the favelas of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and a man from the favelas of Rio goes to the guetho of Soweto.

I made this sequences of images and letterings for one episode that the guys was talking about the riots in the time of apartheid.

I wrote the letterings by hand, using a square brush and ink, to represent the protest signs of the people protesting against Apartheid. The images are original from the riots, with some digital paint over it.
