I direct the creative vision of and design new advertisements/slogans that are used for recruiting and to bring general awareness to the organization. I focus on finding new ways and mediums to reach the target audience (billboards in target areas, Facebook, RallyPoint, etc.). Ads are used in print publications, as well as for digital purposes.
