CareTech Solutions' Service Desk - Campaign

CareTech Solutions needed to market their brand new Service Desk Clinical Help Desk service offereing. At the time, this type of service for the support of clinical IT systems was not only new to CareTech, but new to the industry. We identified hospital CIO's as the primary target. This group currently used in-house IT staff to support their cliinical systems which was having an impact on their ability to focus on larger strategic innitiatives for hospital operations and more importantly patient care. Their current situation was simplified into three main areas of concern/impact, Time, Costs, Users. The words describing those pain points were then used as the key visual elements in the campaign which were combined with bold, flat color. Creating a clean, simple message that fit the brand and communicated the message loud and clear.

Website Landing Page - All traffic from the direct mail and email communications was directed towards on online experience within the existing corporate website that included video service overviews, virtual tours and video screen recordings and audio of actual live service desk calls.
