I have designed a series of posters for Save The Children's Reading Campaign which focuses on getting dad's to read to their children more. The posters are designed so that the dad would struggle to read like the child would if they couldn't read. The typeface Century Gothic has been used to create a more childish and innocent feel to the posters; the use of colours make the posters childlike and also more eye catching, each letter has it's own individual colour. For each poster, I have used a different technique to make each one individual but still linking the posters back to one another.
For this poster, I have overlapped and changed the opacity of three letters all overlaid on top of each other to communicate the message.

The poster contains a line from the children's story of Jack and The Beanstalk, I have overlapped some letters to create other words, and it still makes the text more challenging to read.
For this final poster, I have used a couple of lines from another children's book, Little Red Riding Hood; I have overlapped letters that are similar to the original words in the sentences above.
