This work speaks about physical meaning of compressible flow and his impact on aircraft design. Afterwards we are dealing with various problems caused by it and some basic rules of dealing with this problem. This work is meant to be a little reminder for solutions used on popular aircraft who had the privilege to encounter with this phenomenon for the first time in history and to be pioneers in modern aviation design and high speed aerodynamics conceptual modeling.
