I have taken these micro pictures with my 18-55 lens reversed. I found these ants gathering around some sugar syrup on kitchen counter so I took their shots. I call this project Magical ants because there is a certain effect that reversing the lens has given to it as opposed to using a micro lens. The focus is only on a small area. Also, the ants are actually translucent which is giving it the magical effect.
