Project Brief: Choose any model car at a 1:18 scale and design a wrap for the vehicle. The wrap was then printed on the industry-standard, 3M vehicle vinyl and then applied to the model car.

 

Challenges: Working at a smaller scale than a normal vehicle, aspects such as corners, curves, windows, and appendages (spoilers, mirrors, hood scoops) made it difficult to achieve perfection. The material would need to be flexed and stretched in order to match the contours of the vehicle, presenting another challenge at such a small scale.
