Without an innovation in several years, the business performance of the Kool-Aid brand began to decline. As a result, the Kraft team embarked on a journey to re-ignite the passion for product innovation with this new tablet form. The graphic solution created wonderment and appeal by highlighting the sensorial aspect of the tablet and the overall brand look became cleaner and more contemporary. The introduction of a consistent blue background color helped to create a stronger brand blocking on shelf.
