Exploring new concepts I guess. Zbrush for the modeling, post in photoshop with loads of yummy filters.
Pretty much everything is from scratch.
A bit on the workflow - this one took some more time. Started off with a simple mesh in Zbrush which I sculpted into the face of the character. The 'suit' consists of three separate layers of nanomesh objects arrayed over the entire model.
The background is a similar collection of random shapes.
After all the modeling was done and the base shapes were set - it was all imported into keyshot for a base render. Then into photoshop were most of the image was fleshed out - i.e eyes painted in, colour on the suit, various camera effects etc.
