Take a full color photo. Change the brightness if you prefer BEFORE continuing with the next few steps. Use the selection tool to outline your body. Be careful to exclude the background from inside your selection. Go to select menu. Choose inverse. This will select everything that you have not selected with the tool (aka everything but you). Apply an adjustment layer of black and white.
