Defining the user experience
When we were presented with the opportunity to refresh and relaunch the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) website we knew it was a great project to showcase our creative and interactive development skills. But first I had to define the ideal user experience by conducting focus groups with MVPs to learn more about their values, their motivations and their information needs to provide guidance to the Wirestone team.
