Briefing Kit of Professional Kitchen Knives

Design and development of a set of kitchen knives specifically designed for chefs. It comprises three knives, each one with its own purpose and within a professional cutlery environment.

The kit aims to improve the efficiency of gourmet chef’s tasks, allowing each blade to cut precisely through any kind of food. To meet this goal, each blade is focused on techniques used among the majority of chefs. Made of stainless steel and dark wood, these knives were designed to ensure that their history is preserved from other
trends, jeopardizing the quality of their materials and associated technology. 

Unlike many knife handles produced nowadays, the dark wood can provide the chef with a warm and adherent touch, thus avoiding undesirable experiences related to comfort.
