I was asked to help design the first bottle launch for HopCat, a Russian Imperial Stout called Oil Rigger in 2010. I designed the label, t-shirts, posters and a Crack Fry Eating contest poster. HopCat calls their special fries "Crack Fries" because they are so addictive! The Oil Rigger launch poster was silk screened on craft paper poster board and the t-shirts were printed at Citizenshirt in Grand Rapids, MI. For the Crack Fry Eating Contest poster, the text was written with ketchup on a large poster, then photographed and used in the poster. After the 2010 event, I helped with the label and launch materials for 2011, 2012 and 2013.
