As part of the professional practice brief we had to enter a national competition. I chose to enter the Penguin Book Awards and design a book cover for Freakonomics. This was an interesting brief as there were strict rules that I had to follow to emter it successfully. 

 

I took inspiration from a TV show called Russell Howards Good News to create the 3D speech bubbles. I felt that this had quite a playful element to it.
