The My City Conference is a once a year event at Capital Christian Center where Christian youth groups all across the United States come to be decipled, grow in the word of the Lord, and have an incredible time in worship.
This event is a three to four day event which that has an incredibly high standard in production value and has some of the latest technologies and some of the most well known bands in the Chritian genre. This past year we had the oppourtunity to host Hillsong: Young and Free all the way from Australia. This Christian Pop band has released some of the greatest hits in the Christian music industry including titles The Stand, Alive, and This Is Living (feat. Lecrae). With a band at this caliber being hosted we definitely needed the highest level of production value we could pull of.

Besides for helping with being a mic tech and stage managing, my primary job was to manage and record all the muti-track recording coming from FOH. After everything was recorded I ended up having over 50 tracks for the band alone. After all the sets and recording was finished I ended up having over 150Gb's of data! Mixing and mastering after was quite fun and definitely lengthy given all the different sets we had. Just below is This Is Living feat. Lecrae that I mixed and mastered. I hope you enjoy!
