Taking on one of the most exciting design challenges I’ve got offered in 2013, I accepted a 3 months contract at Imagination to design an intuitive and truly user centered digital dashboard for the newest model of Ford’s best seller, the notorious F-150. Our small but very talented team worked really hard and eventually created a dashboard that we all have been really proud of. I was responsible to build and document a clean and simple information architecture, the entire functionality of the navigation, the UI kit and the appearance of gauges and informational / data displaying pages. After release the dashboard and its easy to use nature, the overall fit with the rest of the interior receives only positive reviews worldwide.
