Las Vegas is one of the most difficult markets in the country to stand out in. My team and I were challenged to come up with a way to direct travelers to Cosmo's other offerings on-site for loyalty sign-up. The insight was getting travelers before they landed and create a valuable incentive that would drive to property. Travelers on Las Vegas-bound United Airlines flights received a complimentary black gift box of custom-designed Cosmopolitan-branded “playing cards” decorated with urban poster art based on the resort’s restaurants, shops, events and attractions.
