Revised design of Eco House showing Technology Section.  North equator-facing facade acts as greenhouse for aquaponics, while the automated louvre system embodies photovoltaic cells for solar harvesting.  The large internal stone wall acts as a trombe wall, which warms the internal spaces and powers the passive ventilation throughout the residence.  Residential living spaces are located on the southern side of the house and are partially embedded into the slope for further insulation.  A hidden maintenance area, located under the living spaces, houses the eco-system services, such as bio-gas, water reticulation and rain water storage.
