Project HappyHead revolves around my philosophy that every day has a chance to be a happy day. 

 

I started this project at my agency during some tough times, spending my downtime staring directly into peoples' faces for 45 seconds, secretly working with another art director to get our coworkers' faces to a T. At first, everyone was confused as to why I was asking to silently stare at them, but I presented the first batch as sticker decals for a cheer up, and the reactions were instantaneous. 

 

Response was gradually explosive and well-received, garnering attention from several departments. Countless requests were made to do more, to be asked to be stared at. Batches 2 + 3 to be released soon. 

 

Batch 1 includes anyone from creative operations to account to chief creative officer to IT.
