XÈLÖN xlf, Q-ART graffiti contest on glass containers

English:

Little Red Riding Hood & Frank the litlle fox recycling glass in the forest.

First prize in Q-ART. graffiti contest with ecological theme over glass recycle containers in Quart de Poblet, 2015.

I sketched a children's illustration style for this piece, thinking it had to be something appealing both to adults and children. Making recycling fun illustrating it with drawings to enjoy and learn. I took the day as something relaxed, not in competition mode. When I take part in this type of competition, it stresses me; then if I don't win, it is a disappointment. So I prefer to take it as something relaxed, festive, a chance to talk to people, walk around, and of course, paint, but enjoying it. So whether I win or not I had a good day and am happy and have with a beautiful and well finished mural.

Thanks very much to the organization, which was great and they were very attentive of us and our needs. My thanks specifically to Lorena, Toni, and the Culture Councillor Cristina Mora and of course the jury for their unanimous vote, which was very exciting and made me very happy.

It was a pleasure to spend the day painting next to Galleta Maria, Fernando Ruiz and Dex-conectadas. A luxury, spend the day painting and finish well. Thank you!

Caperucita roja y Frank el pequeño zorro reciclando vidrio en el bosque.

Primer premio en el concurso de graffiti Q-ART. sobre contenedores de reciclaje de vidrio, con tema ecológico en Quart de Poblet, 2015.

Hice un boceto con un estilo de ilustración infantil, pensando en que tenía que ser algo atractivo tanto como para adultos y niños, y que reciclar se convirtiera en un pequeño viaje divertido hacia el contenedor, para ver los dibujos y disfrutarlome tomé el día como algo relajado, no en modo competición, a mi modo de ver, competir en este tipo de concursos, es algo que me estresa y si después no gano, es una decepción, así que me lo tomo como algo relajado, festivo, de hablar con la gente, pasear, y por supuesto, pintar, pero disfrutando, así gane o no gane, he pasado un buen día y estaré feliz y con un mural bien acabado y bonito.

Muchas gracias a la organización, que fue estupenda y estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros y nuestras necesidades, gracias a Lorena, Toni, y a la concejala de Cultura Cristina Mora y por supuesto al jurado por el voto unánime, que me hizo mucha ilusión.

Fue un placer pasar el día pintando al lado de Galleta María, Fernando Ruiz y Dex-conectadas. Un lujo, pasar el dia pintando y acabar así. ¡Gracias!
