Gray had a solid record from two terms in the House. She also had a clear vision of what she wanted to accomplish for her community, post-Katrina, as a Senator. We displayed her past service and her vision for New Orleans on two mail pieces in the context of health care and law enforcement. We followed those with a piece that emphasized her strong moral compass and endorsements from trusted elected officials.
