Branding and promotion materials created for the The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation Spirit of Life Spencer Trask Memorial Restoration Campaign.
In partnership with Saratoga Springboard, the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation organized a fundraising event for the restoration of the Spirit of Life Statue, sculpted by Danial Chester French (sculptor of the Lincoln Monument). The event featured artwork representing the Statue of Life donated by local artists for sale at the fundraiser.
The squares in the logo represent the artwork donated to the event.
The logo icon circle with a “T” reflects an architectual element of the work done by the Preservation Foundation.
The poster was designed with the Spirit of Life as a “blank”, the idea being that each artist would “fill it in” with his or her own interpretation of the Spirit of Life statue.
