Here's the art for this year's "Rock Around the Park", an event where people that are into the rockabilly scene have a day of fun at Disneyland in Anaheim. If you live in the area, I think it would be great to attend. I wish I wasn't thousands of miles away!

Shane is the guy that runs it and he is wonderful to deal with and very passionate about this event. The people in the cartoon are loosely based on Shane and his gal. ART NERD DETAILS: Drawn with brush and ink (Raphael 8408, #3 brush and Speedball Super Black India Ink), and then coloured and aged/distressed in Photoshop. PLEASE NOTE: the only thing I did NOT draw is that cool "record ears girl" mascot.
