The first project of my Design in Motion Class! The idea was to just create a 'How to.. ' kind of animation/motion graphic. We were free to choose whatever topic we wanted. I chose to comically depict the typical idea generation process, which involves last minute rushing, late nights and deep self-loathing. All in the name of fun of course.

Some of the things I learnt here was simply how to storyboard things properly. As I had to create a clip from start to finish, it was important to storyboard it well so as to ensure a simple ride. Furthermore, I had to learn how to vector my illustrations properly: ensuring which 'parts' need to be separated and what could be hidden away. It was also the first time I had to properly do sounds as well.

Overall it was a fun experience to have as it was my first attempt at using After Effects. Sounds were all of course royalty free found from the web.
