MyWireless.org is the consumer advocacy arm of the CTIA - Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association located in Washington, DC. When we were awarded the account MyWireless.org didn't yet exist, so we were tasked with creating the brand positioning and creative strategy from scratch. Since then, MyWireless.org has fought specific state-by-state battles to ensure the rights of wireless consumers. You can read more about their efforts on their website.
