description.Hilton teamed up with a well known credit card partner to release their own branded card which carried loyalty bonuses. The partner wanted proof of engagement with the scheme. The solution led with a personalised DM (we tested both branded and unbranded) sent to targets. This led to a personalised microsite journey managed by our Dialogue Engine. The journey provided insight into what customers wanted from the scheme and generated live sales leads integrating with their existing sales system.
