This was an original design on Snow White. I only made the bustle but I put together the whole outfit. I drafted my own pattern for the bustle. I went with three layers overall. I even doubled up on the fabric and used it as a liner so the underside would look like the top. I added a lace trim and made a couple pleats in the bustle for some extra detailing and to give it a bit more volume.
