Inclusive Packaging

This was a project that we were tasked with re-designing packaging that already exists within popular brands today, brands such as; Lush, Method, Pret A Manager etc.
I initially started looking at Method's soap bottles and then developed more refined ideas which were steered towards food containment which applied to Pret A Manger. Looking at Packaging that requires no gluing and is completely recyclable and user friendly.
Below are some of my Digital Sketches.
Here is a NET I developed from my last sketches. Massively Inspired by Paul Jackson's Structural Packaging Design Book [Highly Recommend]
These are my Final Presentation Boards for the project, as if I were pitching to Pret A Manger.

My final product was to contain a luxury Bagel sandwich type item inside. The idea was that the product was fully recyclable [Shown in final presentation board]. My adding a layer of grease proof paper to the inside of the packaging it allows the paper to be recycled and not contaminated by the food inside. As for the plastic windows, they have been fitted by adding some cuts into the packaging so you can simply pinch them to remove them, these can then be given back to the store and overtime the consumer will be rewarded.
