Designing this birthday card, I had to typeset the information effectively to make the piece successful. I made the word "dirty" bigger and used a "dirty" looking font to make the invitation warm, fun, and inviting.
I was required to take a "bad" design and redo it, making it successful. The original had to much text and effects on the text it was hard to read, didnt know where to look first, and the alignment of the text was scattered throughout the page. I redesigned this poster using contrast and typsetting the information to make it more appealing to the eye and easy to read.
This was a typography assignment. This is to show that I am capable of typesetting a large amount of information and still make it look aesthetically pleasing to look at.
