"ABANDONED FILM STUDIO"
The origin of "Die Internationale Filmunion" started after the Second World War. Their core essence was film synchronization and dubbing. The construction of the studio was an architectural masterpiece, which was in many areas his time forward. The studio which floor "floats", allowed the whole room in complete isolation and therefore floats every disturbing noise off. The ceiling and floor are not parallel to each other and are even different in coating, this makes there is a completely acoustically "dead" space.
The equipment was particularly laid on emphasis quality, so all the rooms have the same high-quality film and sound standards for those days and especially user-friendly equipment. But also the working climate was thought to have a comfortable and elegant living room for the actors of the production, full air conditioning in each building.
An elaborate system of entrances and exits could accessed without disruption of the recordings in the studios in the other rooms, a casino with a bar allowed to work in a pleasant atmosphere. Despite the implementation of security standards a drastic event happened in history on 27 September 1965, a self-ignition of the nitrocellulose film caused explosion that destroyed that day the entire bunker complex. The damage of the valuable equipment and materials here was in the millions, but people were not harmed.
