Trunk Shows August 2015

This month ivivva, as a company, set a goal for every store to set up at least four trunk shows during the month to help drive sales. This poster was created to increase awareness for our trunk shows so that guests can meet up and shop with us in new and exciting places.

lululemon Pleasanton Trunk Show

This flyer was created for eduators at the lululemon Pleasanton location to hand out to mom's that don't always have time to drive out to San Jose to shop for their girls. The goal was to inform them that we would be there for them very soon!

 

Carmel Barre Trunk Show

Carmel Barre invited us to partner with them for a mother-daughter barre class in their studio and asked us to host a trunk show after class! Since, we do  not have a location in carmel, this event gave us a chance to educate moms and daughters about our brand. 

Camp ivivva

For the month of July, iviva launched a social media hashtag that allowed girls to share their summer camp experience with their local ivivva and gave them a chance to be featured on the global page as well. The company also asked every store to host an in-store event that would bring #campivivva to life in our individual communities. 

ivivva Valley Fair October Events

ivivva Valley Fair had a ton of events happening in October and I was asked to create a fun flyer to hand out to guests (mainly girls ages 6-12) to keep them up to date on all of the fun things we have planned for the month.

ivivva Valley Fair November

For ivivva, the month of November was all about expressing our gratitude.We planned some fun events to show our guests we are grateful to have them in our store and the company launched a hashtag for girls to share their gratitude to all of the people in their lives helping them to achieve their goals. #makeitheard allowed girls to share their instagram and Facebook pictures with ivivva on thei global blog. 

ivivva Valley Fair Sunday Sweat 

After the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we decided to kick off 2016  with a month of yoga and run club! It's fun and relaxing and we alternated weeks of Pop Yoga hosted by Leslie Minor and Run Club on Santana Row hosted by Berlyn Rippentrop. 

Zumba with Esteban

As a special treat for our guests, we asked an instructor from our community who teaches at multiple studios in the bay area to come in and teach a Zumba Class in-store. Esteban is one of the most reviewed and seasoned Zumba instructors and our guests were so excited to take class from him!
