And here some details:
These last two pics are intended to show the crackle detail. I usually achieve this with an ageing varnish, but this time crackles were so characteristic that I chose to just paint them over the finished painting before the final varnishing.
I'm not great with photos, so between the glossy finish and some trouble with hues, the original artwork is a little less saturated than it shows on here.
