Frogs In February

During the month of February 2016, I challenged myself to draw a frog each day. Whether it was going to be a sketch, a painting, a vector drawing — it didn't matter to me. The point of the challenge was to get more comfortable with drawing and various painting techniques. I knew that if I was going to make myself draw something each day, it was going to be something I like. So for that reason, I chose my favorite animal: the frog.
 
I posted an image each day in February on Twitter with the hashtag #FrogsInFebruary. Many of these ranged from random doodles to inspired ideas (Firewatch, Deadpool, Street Fighter, etc.). If you are curious about the brushes I used, they are all from Kyle T. Webster's MegaPack.
 
I consider this challenge a success. I learned a lot, I failed a lot, I found a painting style I really like, and in the end I still love frogs.
