Objective: Redesign the City of Dublin's intranet (DubNet) into a user-friendly and functional internal communication tool for 400+ employees.
Project Brief: The biggest complaint among employees about DubNet was the inability to find current information due to the previous site's navigation and page structure. Using Google Analytics and survey data, I was able to determine which pages and tools were most frequently used and bring them to the forefront of the new design. Another important feature of the new DubNet was the incorporation of the Healthy By Choice (HBC) wellness program which was previously housed on a separate site. Results and feedback have been very positive with increased site usage and content creation. I also developed the launch and training strategies among test groups and the entire City of Dublin staff.
