The best illustrations always come when you are passionate about them, when you love what you do and enjoy the process. I started this series after visiting the concert of my favourite band The Baseballs back in 2013 in Saint Petersburg.

I loved their live performans so much that immidiatly sat down to draw first illustration. Their music is brilliant! This is genuine old-fashioned rock-n-roll, that's why I drew the illustration in retro-comics style.

The second illustration was born a year later after another Baseballs concert in Saint Petersburg, during their Europe tour with the new album Game Day. I immidiately loved the new original songs Baseballs created for the album. The music is perfect for a fun summer road trip with friends.

Some fan groups posted my illustration in social networks (Russian, Brazil). When fans started to come to concerts with prints of my illustration to get autographs on, the band contacted me to meet in person on the next concert!

For the New Year's Eve of 2014 I drew the third illustration, when I was listening to their Christmas album, released in 2012.
