BRIEF: To come up with a new joinery between any commercial form of MILD STEEL and any other commercial form of ACRYLIC. Also explore the existant joineries and find out how the new joinery can be used instead of the existant ones. The challenge was to make the structure strong enough to be able to take load without using adhesives and come up with a finished product.
After a lot of research about the materials and the existant joineries, ignoring the use of pressure sensitive tapes in the new joineries, I came up with a few concepts. The selected one was further taken and experimented with application of load.
