Starting with food design we looked in what way we could improve healthy eating. After research we found that people generally eat too fast and as a result too much. This is becous our stomach needs twenty minutes to tell our brain it’s full. Secondly we rush our meals. Filling our stomach becomes the only function instead of enjoying our food and the people around us.
 
Looking at state of the art there are some specific types of cutlery that help you eat slower. All of these solutions are based on electronics and don’t enhance the eating experience.
