Reimagined and redesigned the Thematic Promotion, for the three stages of the user journey from a large viewport perspective: starting with the email, through to the landing page, and ending on the booking page. 
 
I turned user insights such as goals, pain points, their usual behavior on different touch points and task journeys
into UX strategies and design decisions that make the whole engagement journey smoother and more enjoyable for the users.
