In this project, Xerox is trying to understand daily mobility needs of Indian people to be included in Xerox Mobile Application for transportation to be launched soon.

In the first phase, I did ethnographic field studies through different methods to understand the daily mobility needs of Indian people. These insights were then converted into design.

Once, the ethnographic insights were converted into design, I took forward the usability study of the transportation mobile application launched by Xerox in US and Europe. The application is yet to be launched in Bangalore, India. I am currently working on this project and would be conducting usability for the same in India as well.
