Project: Sanders\Wingo wanted an invitation to its annual holiday party. This was sent through email.
Concept: The idea of ..there is a time for everything.. came to mind in this case its time to reload with a great party. I played with a parking meter as reference to this timing idea and also because its something seen so often downtown which is where the agency is located.
