Tourist Information in Zeeland started a project that allows multiple bicycle rental companies to combine their assortment through the main Tourist Information Website. Customers had to be able to rent a bicycle and pick them up at any hour.
We developed a system that filters results according to choices (date, location,time) the customer made. We did a lot of user testing to optimize the platform. We created a prototype website.
The process: Analysing the issue > Paper Prototyping > Low-res prototype > User tesing > High resolution prototype > User Testing > Final Prototype.
This is where the project ended. The results were used for the development of the final website.
