Zalora Social Feature

Creating a social feature within Zalora, so they can track users' sharing content.
5 of 5 users responded not sharing their shopping habits on social media.
Users can select 3 friends who are already on Zalora and on Facebook (if the user signed in using Facebook). Research shows that users only value opinions of 2-3 very close friends when it comes to style/clothes. 
When tested on users, 2 of 3 stopped after selecting a friend because they thought the 'tick' means the question is sent. We redesigned the button into a more familiar border with a "Next" button.
Users did not use Zalora's current sizing app VirtuSize (because it was too lengthy a process), so we changed it to a Shopper's Fit Review instead. Data for the reviews can be collected when customers return purchases and respond with "too big" or "too small" in their current returns form.
