CrescoData has been manually onboard their clients. As their clientele list grows,
CrescoData wants to move their onboarding process online.
We created a service blueprint to pinpoint the major issues of their current onboarding process. The problem we have discovered is that CrescoData has to keep prompting the user to give them the information they need.

Forms will differ if the user selects a different destination/ country. User can also Add a Destination.
However, since the package selected only lets the user have 1 destination, it prompts the user to Upgrade to another Package.
Through user research and interviews with the stakeholders, we ranked the Data Source from the most used (Marketplace). The Login and Retrieval Information also varies when a different Data Source is selected.
Users can add as many Services as they like by clicking on the + button. To remove a service, they can click on the - button.
