We wanted to improve the lives of Singaporeans. There’s three basic needs for anyone in Singapore: food, transport, accommodation. The transport area has been declining in service quality due to two major breakdowns in the MRT system, and Singaporeans depend heavily on Singapore’s public transport system to get anywhere. People are frustrated with the service quality. Singapore’s public transport brand is heavily tarnished due to the declining service quality. We had two perspectives. One in the eyes of a Singaporean who is familiar with Singapore’s Public Transport Network, and the other, a Malaysian who only knows where she needs to go. So what do we do?

 

We need to give it a makeover.
We have to gain trust again with the people.
We have to make people confident again in Singapore’s public transport system.
We have to be smarter, more logical, and adaptive.
