Targeting Asian cuisines where preparation of spices is common and tedious, Mu is a handheld blender optimized for the size of our hands and amount of spices we use for ergonomics and efficiency. Incorporating technology into the traditional practices, Mu retains the essence of the culture through its placement on top of the vessel, emulating a pair of chopsticks resting.
